Meet Papadimitriou
With more than 50 years of experience and now entering its third generation, Papadimitriou specializes in the production and distribution of ingredients and auxiliary materials for the Food Industry, Food Service sector, and Butcher Shops. We offer both comprehensive ready-made solutions and customized products, specifically developed to meet the unique requirements of each customer.
Facilities
Our privately owned facilities, located in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki and spanning a total area of 6,000 m², house the fully organized infrastructure that supports all aspects of our operations.

Quality & Reliability
Our company implements Food Safety Management Systems and holds certifications according to ELOT EN ISO 22000:2018, IFS, and HALAL standards, issued by accredited certification bodies. Our Quality Control Department monitors and supervises every stage of the production process, ensuring full compliance with specifications and international quality standards.
At the same time, to guarantee the consistently high quality of our products, we maintain long-standing partnerships with carefully selected and internationally recognized suppliers and manufacturers.
Research & Development
Through our Research & Development Department, we develop innovative products that provide practical and advanced solutions for our partners. We also offer the capability to design and manufacture customized final products tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
Technology
Our continuous investment in technology and the automated processes implemented throughout every stage of production ensure consistently high quality, precision, and reliability, in accordance with the strictest food safety and quality standards.
The company utilizes advanced ERP and WMS systems for the efficient management of production, inventory, and supply chain operations, ensuring complete traceability, real-time information, and full operational control at every stage.

1972
Founded by Georgios Papadimitriou, laying the foundations for a company built on quality and reliability.
1990
Expansion into the import of raw materials, broadening the company’s product range and capabilities.
1992
First steps into export activities, marking the beginning of the company’s international presence.
1998
Establishment of Papadimitriou S.A. and relocation to modern facilities in the Sindos Industrial Area.
1999
Launch of production operations, strengthening quality control and vertical integration.
2009
Creation of the Research & Development (R&D) Department, focusing on innovation and the development of specialized solutions.
2021
Construction of the company-owned Logistics Center facilities, enhancing product management and distribution capabilities.
2025
Expansion of infrastructure through the addition of a new finished-products warehouse, further improving service speed and operational efficiency.
